How to Order

Equipment Required:
The cake decorator needs both a computer and a scanner…..

1. The shop customer hands over their photos or artwork to the cake decorator who sets
up the customer file on their computer scans the customers photo/photos and logs the data
into the file
(Photo Editing can assist and support the setup with training and guidance online)

2. The cake decorator emails the photo file to us (Photo Editing) accompanied with their
job sheet details
Note: Images can be sent in any of the following formats:
JPEG (preferred) PDF's, BMP, PSD, and TIF…Preferred file size at least 300KB

If the job sheet instructions are unclear (Photo Editing) will ring the cake decorator for
clarification just to make sure we have your expectancy right

3. Photo Editing produces the print image on edible A4 or A3 sugar paper to your satisfaction

4. The finished print is placed in a cardboard envelope and posted via Australia Post to the
cake decorator

5. The cake decorator gathers the edible print image and applies to the cake.

6. Shop customer picks up their cake order
